For the price, the quality just isn't there, January 26, 2012 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: CreativeWare Double Beverage Dispenser with 2 Spouts (Kitchen) I received the first one of these dispensers and one of the two spigots leaked at a rate of about 1 cup per hour. I contacted Amazon and they sent a replacement. One of the two spigots in the replacement leak at a rate of about 1 cup a minute. Luckily, out of the two orders I was able to get to good spigots, and now have a fully working device. For the price, this product should be much higher quality.

Takes all the work away from me when guests can serve themselves their drink choice. Love it and ordered another one for my mother to use. I use this a lot!
Love it! Great for parties!, July 8, 2012 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: CreativeWare Double Beverage Dispenser with 2 Spouts (Kitchen) I have used this repeatedly since the start of the summer. It is great for entertaining large or small parties. I like the fact that I can put out two different beverages depending on my guests tastes. It is also easy to refill when you are running low, during a party. The only complaint that I have seen is that the spigots can leak. I tested mine out with water when we it first arrived and found that I had not tighten the spigots correctly, and was able to fix a slight leak. Once our parties are over, I take the container apart to hand wash it and place the spigots loose inside the container. I only install them properly for a party. We have used this primarily outdoors on our patio, and I have noticed that when children use it a lot (which they do at my house) it can start to drip. I assume it because they end up moving the spigot around a bit. My advice if you use it inside your home would be to put a towel beneath it to catch spills.
